Director Access on the Apple iPad

iPad App Installation Instructions

Notes:

You must have a Director Access account created for you before using the app. This can be on your live Director Access site, or our Director Access test account.

You will need to login through the portal to set your password credentials before using the app unless you are instructed otherwise.

You will need to be sure your iPad is updated to the latest OS: 5.0.1

Installation Instructions:


1. From your iPad, open the App Store by selecting that icon from your screen.

2. In the search field search the keyword "Director Access".

3. Download and install the app.

4. Open the app on your iPad and use your existing user id and password to login.

5. Enter your site address that was given to you by your admin. You will not need to enter the https://. (you'll only need to enter this the first time you log in)

6. Enter the answer to your security question. (if applicable)

7. If there are documents that need to be synchronized to your device, you will be given a summary of what is available for download. If there are no new documents on the site you will skip the sync screen.

8. You can now choose to view your documents or view the calendar.

9. When viewing your list of documents you are able to filter the list by committee type.
