Opening Screen

This will be the screen you'll see as the app loads.

Login Screen

You will need to sign into the app the same way you would login to our online portal. The credentials will be the same both on the portal and the iPad app. If you're using the multi-layer authentication, it will prompt you for your challenge question.

Sync Screen

After you've logged in successfully, if there are new files to be downloaded, you will be taken to a screen that will allow you to download the files of your choice. The admin will ultimately have control of what files a director can and cannot download and store on the ipad.

Meeting Room / Calendar

Directors will have the ability to view their most current board materials as well as their calendar.

Meeting Room

Directors will have the ability to view their most current board package materials by simply clicking a document from the list. You can also change committees by selecting a different committee from the drop-down in the upper right corner of the screen.

Document View

Select your document and it will open within the app in the full ipad screen for review. Zoom in and out for easier readability. Note taking on the documents will be coming in phase two of this app.

Calendar

Check your upcoming and past meeting using our calendar feature. Click on an event to see the details for that event.
